I brought my BMW, purchased from Casa Buick GMC in April 2024, in for a complimentary oil change on September 12, 2024. After the service, they returned my vehicle still in “showroom mode,” a dealership-only setting that should always be turned off before returning a car to a customer. Because of this mistake, my battery was continuously draining — even while driving — and failed within a week. What a fabulous experience I came in looking for a zero 1500 and I got exactly what I wanted. My beautiful white truck was sold to me and presented by Sara Auckland. She did magnificent took care of my needs and then I wanted to finance and now I’m saving a lot more money than what I was planning because the lady there made sure that I got a lower rate and explain to me how I can shorten my payments not just with my truck but also with my house I highly recommend if anyone is needing a vehicle ask for the double SSs.
They wouldn't look at my Chevy car because they won't work on vehicles with a salvage title.
We received superb service from the onset of our contact with Mario at Casa Buick. He was customer friendly, courteous, and professional, and he kept us up to date on our vehicles repair. Sergio, the mechanic technician who repaired our vehicle, was also very courteous and professional. We wish we could bring all of our GMC vehicles to Casa GMC. What a pleasant group of people.
