I had a lovely experience with Zienna today. I have been on the hunt for a dining table and dining chairs for weeks and really needed help with narrowing down colours and design. Zienna was extremely helpful, patient and kind. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I am looking forward to placing my order very soon! 😊🙏🏼 Thank you again for the 5 star experience!
Really wish there was a google zero star rating because Casa Blanco doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Their after sales service is the worst I have come across. After purchasing some expensive lighting which arrived with an obvious fault I have now spent 12 months trying to get a resolution. Still waiting. Terrible communication, constant delays and passive aggressive responses. Now at the stage of putting in a formal complaint to NSW fair trading. Waiting 3 weeks for delivery of a plinth that was “in stock” when I purchased it. I have followed up only to be told “our logistics partners have it” when quizzed which logistics company they were unable to tell me. 4 days of chasing this done only yo be told someone will call you back but that never happens. $240 for delivery from supposedly their Sydney warehouse yo Melbourne and they still cannot tell me where it is.
