I’m extremely disappointed with Casa Blanco. After spending nearly $30,000 with them, I expected much better customer service. I recently purchased a $7,000 table and two sofas. I was quoted around $800 for delivery, but when I decided to collect the furniture myself, I was told the warranty would be void—something I was not informed of beforehand. I bought the Roma console and Palazzo coffee table – both in jade green marble. I had an amazing experience with CasaBlanco. Their pieces are beautiful, but what really made the difference was working with Zeanna. She was friendly, supportive, and made everything feel easy.
