I had an amazing experience with CasaBlanco. Their pieces are beautiful, but what really made the difference was working with Zeanna. She was friendly, supportive, and made everything feel easy. She listened to what I wanted, offered great suggestions, and never rushed me. You can tell she cares about her customers. I’m really grateful for her help — she made the whole process enjoyable.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service and product quality. The Viola marble dining table delivered looks completely different from the showroom sample. While I understand natural stone varies, the difference is extreme. Under Australian Consumer Law, goods must match the sample shown. The company refused a return or replacement, hiding behind their terms and conditions. I have been forced to lodge a dispute with my credit card company and NSW Fair Trading. Buyer beware
