Extremely disappointed with the customer service and product quality. The Viola marble dining table delivered looks completely different from the showroom sample. While I understand natural stone varies, the difference is extreme. Under Australian Consumer Law, goods must match the sample shown. The company refused a return or replacement, hiding behind their terms and conditions. I have been forced to lodge a dispute with my credit card company and NSW Fair Trading. Buyer beware
Not Impressed with the service
Amazing service from Zeanna when enquired about another piece and asked for a photo. .. Delivery was only a week and dispatch and shipping and tracking notifications immediate. Very exciting that you now deliver to Perth!!
