So very disappointed in Casa Blanca Builders. Should have read the reviews before choosing Albert Chavez, owner of Casa Blanca Builders in Moriarty NM. There was a great lack of honesty and integrity and the work that was completed was mediocre at best. Other work which we paid for was never completed. We had to fill in two major trenches ourselves and we have to finish the work around our home now to get the A/C put in. Everything with this process was always, "I'll be there tomorrow." Was supposed set up utilities and septic for my daughter, a single parent of an infant child, and hasn’t done so to this day. Months and frustration… “next week” is right! I don’t recommend him or his business to anyone.. He has put my daughter and child in a very bad bind/situation. NOT NICE- DONT DO IT!
Albert "next week" Chavez never completed any work he contracted for. He poured the slab on my home then never returned even after 14 months. Would tell me "next week" every time.
