I am writing to provide a follow-up review after 10 years of working with Casa Bella. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. In 2012 and 2014, I used Casa Bella to replace windows in two rental properties. Recently, the tenant caused an issue with one of the casement windows: the screen was damaged, and the gears on the crank mechanism had worn out, making the window inoperable. I purchased my town located at 8 drummond st, my house was always cold, who ever installed the windows didnt bother to spray foam or insulate, just put caulking on vevry cheap job bad quality
