Awesome apartments with a great location. Management is very amazing, maintenance is timely and the apartments are very nice. The landlady Leah is one of the nicest people too!
This property manager gave me and my family a new start, even though at the time I had very poor credit and was only receiving unemployment during Covid. This amazing lady worked with me through my personal struggles and never took it personally. When my oven no longer worked she ordered a brand new one and just a week before thanksgiving they had it installed. In my time in Las Cruces, I've heard many horror stories from coworkers and friends about their apartments. I'm pleased to say that not once have I been able to relate to the horror stories. The apartments are clean, spacious, and pet-friendly. Management has also been truly stellar in the 9 years that I've lived here. They're responsive, resonable, and willing to work with you to overcome potential problems.
