On Thursday June 5, I went into the office to see what my options were for paying late and Lisa was very understanding and helpful I have lived here since 2019 and have never had any issues despite the reputation the area has. They are affordable and genuinely concerned for their residents. Great place to live.

This apartment has cat and dog poop all over the place. Around the poor and the play ground, there is cat and dog poop. They don’t care about the animal poop in the middle of the road. Also,, they broke my car glasses twice. I reported the incident to the office, they don’t show no empathy. Always there is no water for the residents because they always work on the water pipe.. sometimes I bought water at Family Dollar across of the apartment to shower. The biggest concern is cat and dog poop all over the place.

Please anyone who is considering getting a apartment here, Please Don't! They charge you fees that they don't even tell you until later when rent is due. For example their amenities fees which I don't understand moreover you have to get renters insurance or they'll charge you an extra $50 towards your rent. There's kids playing outside til midnight. Also there's neighbors playing their music past til midnight and there so called courtesy patrol doesn't seem to do anything about it. Their office people are so unorganized as w... read more

Do not move here. They charge you 100-200+ for whatever the ladies in the office want. The gate is almost never fixed and when the weather is 100+, degrees, the pools conveniently closed because they won't clean it. The 5 star reviews were paid for or asked for by said ladies. They charge tenants 1400-1900 at random because they're greedy. DO NOT MOVE HERE, please tell anyone you can to never consider living here.
