On Thursday June 5, I went into the office to see what my options were for paying late and Lisa was very understanding and helpful I have lived here since 2019 and have never had any issues despite the reputation the area has. They are affordable and genuinely concerned for their residents. Great place to live.

This apartment has cat and dog poop all over the place. Around the poor and the play ground, there is cat and dog poop. They don’t care about the animal poop in the middle of the road. Also,, they broke my car glasses twice. I reported the incident to the office, they don’t show no empathy. Always there is no water for the residents because they always work on the water pipe.. sometimes I bought water at Family Dollar across of the apartment to shower. The biggest concern is cat and dog poop all over the place.
Amazing staff everything was amazing in the move in process. Staff was professional and organized. Lisa was amazing and fun to work with walked me through the complex and kept me informed on my application process and would recommend the apartment to someone I know and trust to move in. Great location off the main road and safe.
Lisa and her coworkers did an amazing job in helping us. Best people in helping us in everything. Especially moving to a whole new state.
