Lisa at Casa Bella Apartments is great! We came in to get information, and she was kind and welcoming and treated us like she's known us for a long time. Lisa took the time to show us Apartments. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all our questions, she also let us know about specials they had going on and what we needed to do inorder to be eligible for the specials. She was great during the application process and made things so smooth and easy. We are excited to be tenants here.

We just toured Casa Bella and were very impressed. The property was clean, well kept, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer all of our questions. The location is convenient, and the amenities look great. Based on our experience so far, we’re excited to make Casa Bella our new home and would recommend others check it out.

I had a great experience renting an apartment at Casa Bella in Tucson, AZ. Linda and Erika were both amazing throughout the entire process. They were very professional, kind, and always available to answer any questions I had. They made everything smooth and stress-free, and you can tell they truly care about their tenants. This has been the best experience to meet with Lisa! She was amazing, caring, compassionate and overall exceptional person to work with. I walked in there with hope and she gave me more than Hope, she gave us our 1st apartment out here in Arizona. The application was quick and was approved so fast I could t believe it. These apartments are severely overpriced, and the overall living conditions are unacceptable. Maintenance is unreliable and largely depends on which technician you get. The property is consistently dirty, residents don’t clean up after their dogs, and trash cans are constantly overflowing, often attracting homeless individuals who dig through them. The front office rarely provides clear or consistent answers and can be rude at times. The on-site laundromat is expensive, and most of the machines are frequently out of order. P... read more
