I had a great experience renting an apartment at Casa Bella in Tucson, AZ. Linda and Erika were both amazing throughout the entire process. They were very professional, kind, and always available to answer any questions I had. They made everything smooth and stress-free, and you can tell they truly care about their tenants. I want to sincerely thank the office staff here, specifically Lisa Valenzuela for her compassion and quick action. During a recent emergency, she checked on my daughter right away and made sure she was safe before help arrived. This has been the best experience to meet with Lisa! She was amazing, caring, compassionate and overall exceptional person to work with. These apartments are severely overpriced, and the overall living conditions are unacceptable. Maintenance is unreliable and largely depends on which technician you get. The property is consistently dirty, residents don’t clean up after their dogs, and trash cans are constantly overflowing, often attracting homeless individuals who dig through them. Lisa has been amazing over all!! Before this I had such little hope due to certain circumstances. moving from one state to another is not an easy journey but Lisa def helped spark the hope back in for me! I have yet to officially move in however the help and guidance I have had by far has been absolutely amazing!
