This place is HORRIBLE. I can not reach anyone I stay on hold or am sent around to different voice mail boxes a d they are full. This is completely ridiculous. I can't get any info on my Father but will definitely be getting him out soon.
*** UPDATE *** My mom died as a result of this places understaffed negligence... Multiple injuries *** Do NOT put your loved ones here. under staffed, my mom fell in the lunch room and shattered her hip, and also shattered her face and eye socket... keeping in mind she was wheel chair bound. after the occurrence she was then transported to a local hospital and returned to Casa Arena Blanca a day later. Very friendly staff. Always there to answer all of our questions. They really do the best they can. Good people. Thank you casa for taking the best care of my Gramps!! You showed him the respect he deserves and we are grateful
Keep your family members out of this place. They killed my mother in 20 days. She was only there to get her legs a little bit stronger after being in the hospital. They let her get bedsores so bad that it killed her. I was there every day and they never told me how bad it was. I callied 911 on the 20th day when I found out. Bye then it was too late.
I have seen that most of the people currently working here go the extra mile to help people and genuinely seem to care. There are some gliches but for the most part I see that the administrator is doing eveeything he can to weed out those clichés. As with any nursing home there are some problems, however, I also see people who work here are kind and really seem to care for the most part.
