3 Stars, for no fault of the management staff. Lived here for 3 years, it's a nice no-frills community. Nothing super fancy, but nothing bad. 2b2b apartments are spacious, my apartment was well ventilated, bright and had a ridiculously large kitchen, it was glorious. The management and maintenance folks are very nice, diligent and care about the community, Cyd and Brenda are both super attentive and responsive even at odd hours. 5 stars to them all. I have lived in this place for 2 years (going on a third) and my experience has been great. The property and the facilities are in great condition, the maintenance team is very active and friendly. The location is great, Sunnyvale and Cupertino are very safe and with a lot of things nearby to do groceries and have fun.

The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave me peace of mind, especially with kids around. It’s a very family-friendly environment where children gather in the evenings to play together, creating a strong sense of community.
