I have lived in this place for 2 years (going on a third) and my experience has been great. The property and the facilities are in great condition, the maintenance team is very active and friendly. The location is great, Sunnyvale and Cupertino are very safe and with a lot of things nearby to do groceries and have fun.

I had a great experience living in this apartment community! One of the highlights was the reliable 24-hour maintenance service—every request was handled promptly and professionally. The neighborhood felt very safe, which gave me peace of mind, especially with kids around. It’s a very family-friendly environment where children gather in the evenings to play together, creating a strong sense of community.
