Utterly disgusted on how the owner treats his clients.
I called CAS construction to get a quote on our home expansion. I brought our architectural plans to Craig's house per his request. I handed them to him, he said he would get a quote back to me. After 2 months, no response from Craig, I called and left a couple messages that im still waiting for a quote. After an additional few weeks of no returned call or response of any kind, I got the message loud and clear that he had no intention of getting back to me, nor was he interested in our project. As a growing young family we decided to put a second story addition on our existing home. We called Craig out and we signed a contract and gave him 6k to start the project. We were paying cash for our project. The only thing we received for that 6k was drawings. BEWARE this man after a signed contract went and upped our price by 20k!!!
