DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! My claim is that they committed fraud against me and could likely do the same to you. This is what happened: I was in an accident and had my car towed to this lot. Car was declared a total loss by the insurance company, and zero work was done on the vehicle. The repair shop then sent me a bill for $4,850.00. The charges were for: $3,600 for storage - Texas statute, section 85.703 states that a repair shop must send notification of any fees that will be charged BEFORE they can charge any such fee... read more
