I have never been treated so badly! They were rude they blamed the door on my face. They didn't let us us the restroom had to walk next door to use the restroom. They said I had to fill out an application before test driving a car. Both car we seen underneath had an oil leak! Never ever please dont waist your time coming to this place! Horrible experience! No one ever asked me of i needed help or greeted me . I had to walk inside and ask for help and the guy was so rude said I had to wait.
Came in during hard times, explained my situation and my goals. Moises did a great job meeting our needs and going above and beyond.
I bought a 2021 Chevy Silverado from CarZone Riverside. Just a couple of days later, the check-engine light came on. I took the truck to a certified GM dealer, and GM confirmed the catalytic converter was bad and should have been fixed before the sale. When I contacted CarZone, they told me I had no right to take it anywhere else and should have brought it back to them.
