I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Carzlane Auto was deeply frustrating from start to finish. If you're considering buying a vehicle here, I strongly urge you to reconsider. Kinea and Saleem were great help, I came in interested in a vehicle it was not there but they were able to get it to me by the end of the week, paperwork did not take long at all, every one was very helpful and kind. Truly the fastest purchase of a vehicle I’ve ever had, would go back!
They sent me an email saying that they had a car that I was interested in however when I arrived they told me the car can’t pass inspection that’s why it’s not on their website (but it’s listed on cargurus). He said if I purchased it, the sale would be as is. Then he showed me 3 similar cars online for double the price. I left. Old bait and switch. Do not trust any listings on car selling platforms from this dealer. The legitimate cars for sale are on the website.

Bad experienced , naim was the only helper here. Every time I called kinea is not available, Saleem does not answer either , they took my car to the dealer for Microsoft update, now is just not that, auto start/stop still not working since day one . wrong piece, belt is about to get broke my car is worse now just shaking every time I try to turn on, I try to find a solution it’s being like 4 months now.
