The salesman I spoke with was nice. Answered any and all questions I asked and if he wasn’t too sure, he was going back and forth to ask someone else that knows more about it. The lady that looks up the cars at her desk however acted like I wasted her time after I declined to take a test drive due to the condition of the car. Pictures arent clear on the ad they posted, seats were ripped, car has been sitting on the lot for over 2 months now because they cant get it to pass inspection. Don’t buy here
Extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. Before even discussing the vehicle I came to see, the agent repeatedly questioned me and my companion about our ages—even after being asked to stop. He then showed me a completely different SUV and dismissed the vehicle I came for by saying their inventory could be wrong. I left disappointed and uncomfortable. I would absolutely NOT recommend this dealership. And then was told he young as if that is to excuse the behavior.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDULENT SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!! I am REVOKING THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE 2020 CHEVY MALIBU CarzLane has NOT BEEN FORTHCOMING in the facts of the 2 major accidents listed on CARFAX, there have been no invoices or Bills of Sales provided for any of the days that the car has been in the possession of CarzLane, showing no proof of any repairs or actions taken regarding the numerous emails that I have sent with the list of issues that required maintenance. Buyer Beware, especially if you do not speak fluent English. This dealership is highly deceptive and aggressively exploits language barriers. Their online marketing is a total bait-and-switch scam—what they advertise online is completely different from what they force on you once you are on the lot.
