I purchased my vehicle from this dealership several months ago and was told that my permanent title, registration, and license plate would be taken care of. Just bought a BMW 530I back in January 2026. this place is a scam. They sold me a lemon and that needs that needs $20,000 and they never sent the title so the car has been sitting in my driveway for months until I took it to a BMW shop to looked for issues Carzlane promise they would fix. I got a $23,000 car loan from my bank to purchase the car listing at 16k after taxes and finalizing it came up to 19k. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. My sister paid cash for a vehicle that had the check engine light on. Before the sale, they promised they would fix the problem. More than a month later, the issue still hasn’t been repaired, and she has been given excuse after excuse. The customer service has been extremely unprofessional.
