Started off my day as usual whenever going to the car shop. I really don't want to do this but I need to get an oil change. Boy was I wrong. My day couldn't have started any better meeting the owner Brandon and his sidekick Thunder as he goes by. Not only was everything taken care of promptly and professionally the whole staff was working hard to take care of all the customers. Everyone was accounted for. My business was taken care of but I also met a couple new friends in life. I will say it was a blessing
Had nocking and jerking at a stop it would die sometimes. The check engine lite was not on. Took it in Thunder had his crew go over things. My motor is a captiva 2015 it eats up oil so have to keep a close eye on it. The motor was rebuilt just a few months ago at CarZip. Thunder explained that this motor eats oil it has no leaks anywhere it's just an unfortunate motor. So I'm checking every 500 miles to see if I need to put more oil in it. We have always took it to get the oil changed every 3 months.
They’re always professional, honest, communicative, and quick. They offer financing options as well. This is the only place I’ll take our cars for any repairs.
They did a good job. They were shorthanded and it took a while to complete the job but they do good work. And we will always go back to them if we need them.
Great service. In and out quickly and happy with the work.
