Not the best customer service when calling about buying a used radio - only a 20.00 difference from buying a new after market and an hour drive to get it. He said he doesn’t know if it works or not and also let me know there is no warranty. He was rude to me with some of the other things he said that really upset me and caused me to feel anxious - probably best not treat to people like crap if you want customers. BUYER BEWARE
Dont ever buy used parts from these guys they sell you parts without testing to see if it not defective. My Mechanic when install the parts found it to be leaking when I contacted them they said that they will pickup and refund but never came Finally I decided to drive 60Km to take back the part and was totld its not their part and ould not take back or swap with other parts. Very Rude and unethical and false business.
guy on the phone was very rude, asked for a part and he said no dont have one but i was literally outside the yard looking at the same car what i have, so i went inside and took a picture and show the guy and said "ohh probably just came in now" waste of time
