Got a quote ahead of time for a basic transmission fluid change on my Honda Civic for $149.99 plus the cost of the tranny fluid. I brought my car in for the service and was re-affirmed of that price. Once the service was complete the service cost was raised to $199.99 plus the fluid which I was charged $97 for 4 quarts. So I ended up being charged $50 more than what I was originally told. Tried a few times to contact the owner about the price discrepancy and got no response, will not be back.
Had an excellent experience at Caryville! I was looking for a master tech for my Genesis and they absolutely went above and beyond. My car needed major services from transmission fluid, to a new belt, tire rotation, new air filter, transmission case (I think it’s called), etc. I called Caryville on a Tuesday with my laundry list of services and they got me in for the next day. Let me start of by saying Chad is the man and don't go anywhere other than Caryville... I took my extremely modified 2015 Audi S4 to them making over 600hp to the wheels.... I explain to them my dilemma and my time of need of the car back (My son wants to use the car for prom)... Chad and the boys at Caryville more than exceeded my expectations of craftsmanship quality of work and time of work being done... I went to FOUR other shops and they told me no way they're touching my car and that no shop probably would touch it do ... read more

I’m writing this because I pulled in with my BMW one afternoon to talk to Chad about a custom exhaust. Which he is a BMW enthusiast as well. Rudy is his top mechanic and foreman. He’s a specialist and has all the accolades to prove it. And he has worked for BMW for years. He recommended me something I do not regret.
