Booking is super easy and not over stimulating. Confirmations are sent very fast. Communication is great it’s just because of the iPhone update how it filters your text messages I didn’t see the text about asking if I could do 30 minutes later from my original time. But it was still no problem because although I didn’t see the text until I was there the start time was not bad. that was actually one of the worst massage experiences of my life. i am now in bed with a lidocaine patch on my back because of how terrible that massage was
