Just drove 10 miles through the worst rush hour traffic to get here before the 6:00 closing time for a part I needed to ride just to find out they are temporary closed! 🤬
Why post hours on your website and then close during them? I drove a decent distance to this location at rush hour just to find an ‘appointments only’ sign on the door when I got there. I was ready to buy a MTB for thousands of dollars in Charlottesville, but wanted to see Carytown’s stock first. Not a great way to treat prospective customers. At least have the courtesy to update your hours/status online if you are going to close up shop during your stated open hours.
Had a missing screw on my shoe and they were able to find one that fit. (Also a dog that really wants a tummy rub)
Lost a screw on my son's clipless shoes while on vacation. They had us back out on the trail in a few minutes. Their shop pup is also a sweetheart
Highly recommended! Everyone at the Midlothian location has been great and professional. Great knowledge when it comes to product and warranty
