This guy is my neighbour. Seems to be a pretty busy person.
Sadly, after a week and a half from requesting a callback to help with some septic and well work we've had zero response. I have no doubt that they are very busy and probably do good work but the lack of communication is an issue that should be addressed. I will soften this a bit by saying the office did get back to me immediately (and on a weekend!) but after that there has been silence. There is nothing negative I can say. When you call any of the guys in this business, you are probably in need of their services sooner rather than later. They were recommended to me and I can see why. Gave quote the same day, urgent services were arranged to be done within a few days when I was expecting weeks. They resolved an issue that another contractor had left buried in the ground 5 years earlier. Cary's played an essential role in the development of our rural acreage property for full-time living for our family. We worked with Cary's from the early planning stages and got great, honest, expert advice. Cary's installed a complete septic system for our acreage and dug the basement for our house. Thank you for doing such an amazing job in helping to build our dream home. We can't imagine living anywhere else.
