Today I got my nose pierced by Karen. What a great job she did, she made the experience comfortable and relaxing. I have to say she really is on the ball with the sanitizing. She sanitized her work station and she goes through step by step what she is going to be doing. Thank you Karen for the amazing experience. Your customer service skills are top notch.
I was at your shop located at the Pen Centre, St. Catharines today. Karen assisted me. I was having a problem with an old piercing and she provided outstanding customer service! Our go to is Karen at the pen centre location. She is just the sweetest person not to mention a very professional knowledgeable tech that we’ve had the pleasure to deal with over the years. We had ours girls ears pierced as babies, and now that they are in their late teens they went back to have Karen do their second ear piercings, then revisited none other than Karen for their noses.
