I just brought my baby to get her ears pierced here and I had an amazing experience!! Stephanie was absolutely wonderful with my daughter and the piercings look perfect. Highly recommend going to her for child piercings. She was knowledgeable and took great care of us as we were so nervous!

They lied about the grade of titanium, used a gun although apparently “#1 ear destination in Canada”. They didn’t even use a flatback so you cannot clean behind the piercing, and mine didn’t heal because of all of this. Left ear ended up being pierced on an angle which makes healing harder. Great service but all together I spent $100 just to have to get it redone which shouldn’t have to happen.
