I’ve been going to Visage at the pen center for almost a decade now, and I cannot express how amazing my experience has been . I was paired up with Karen , and she is my go to now for everything! Piercings, lashes, brows , makeup, facials. I’ve even got friends and family booking with her. Always very professional, welcoming,very clean work environment, and she always makes me feel special.Most definitely a client of hers turned friend for life. Would recommend her to anyone :)
The experience was fine. However their piercer Karen did not pierce one of my daughter’s ears straight. The back is higher than the front and is on a 45° angle, meaning any future earrings will fall forwards. My guess is my 6 year old will have to remove the piercing, let it heal and have it re-pierced. This is going to be both painful and distressing for her. This is a very rookie mistake for an experienced piercer, therefore I would NOT recommend getting any piercing done here. Very upset about this.
Karen is the best! Come all the way from Hamilton to get my brow done!
