Had a great experience getting my 1 year old daughter ears pierced. We worked with Danielle and she was fantastic. She was extremely friendly, and didn't rush the process. 10/10 experience. Definitely recommend her for your child's ear piercing.
I was very disappointed with our experience getting my baby's ears pierced here. The employee was impatient and kept insisting that she had done thousands of piercings instead of listening to our concerns. She didn’t allow us to mark where we wanted the piercings, and that would of unfortunately, have ended up uneven. Her excuse was the pen was sanitized what does that even mean? Used to be my go to place for sensible and compassionate service. I cancelled my wax on the spot today because the esthetician helping me had terrible customer service and point blank told me my skin may be ripped because it has happened ONCE before. I clarified it has only happened once because the lady was rough (same location) and I've had few waxes at their location with no issues.
