From the moment we walked in we were greeted with nasty attitude from Jenny. If she doesn’t want to be kind to customers who are giving her business, she should quit her job. Thanks to her we decided not to get our eyebrows done, as we wouldn’t want to be rewarding her with business after the experience we had. Better training & customer service is advised.
Went in today to purchase the mineral matte foundation and was told it’s discontinued and that they don’t carry any cosmetic visage products. They tried to push Jane iredale and they didn’t even have a liquid foundation for that brand either. I went online and purchased the exact foundations that I was looking for and on sale. Clearly they just wanted to make commission and didn’t think I would go check online. Super disappointing and unprofessional.
We had such a wonderful experience getting my 4-month-old daughter’s ears pierced. We booked with Jacqueline, and I highly recommend her! She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She explained the entire process step by step, answered all of our questions, and made us feel completely at ease. The piercing was quick, clean, and perfectly placed. The service from start to finish was amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.
