Excellent Service for Daughter's Nose Piercing! I recently visited Caryl Baker Visage and had a wonderful experience. I brought my daughter in for a nose piercing on Sunday, November 23, 2025, and the service was fantastic. The entire process was handled professionally, and the staff made sure my daughter was comfortable. They truly did a great job with the piercing—it looks perfect! The service— when consistent —is excellent. At our first appointment, we were late by five minutes and a staff member had us reschedule later for that day. We even tried to phone to indicate we would be late to be respectful and no one ever picked up the phone despite a few attempts. So that we can make the best of our rescheduled time, we were looking at the earring choices so that we would be decisive upon our return later that morning. I got my nose pierced here about a month ago and recently it fell out, so I went and wrote a review about my experience because I didn't know if it was common or not. I went back the next day, and let me just say, the customer service here is amazing. They said they would change the jewelry and repierce it again for me for free. The lady who repierced my nose (Danielle) made sure to comfort me even when i was nervous and made sure to keep me calm. Amazing experience with Jenny for my daughter's first ear piercing! She was very knowledgeable and patient with us to make sure everything went smoothly.
Danielle did my third lobe piercing and made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. She was very friendly, professional, and explained each step, which really put me at ease.
