We came to Ottawa for the weekend and decided I'd like a piercing. I walked in nervous for a second piercing and felt immediately at ease. Brianna was professional and polite..most importantly patient. She explained everything very clearly . I'd definitely go back.
I go here just before my holidays to the tropics as not having to worry about mascara is NICE.... and nice brows really frame the face. Every time I've been, the poor gal has been by herself and run off her feet - she was professional, courteous, and was able to multitask like a pro. She repeatedly checked in with me during my lash and brow tint, and even though my eyes were closed, it was obvious she was busy with people walking in. Am always happy with the service, a few months I had my ears pierced and a great facial with Nicole..then a few days ago had my make up done by Heather. The team is always super nice, they make you feel welcome and comfortable. Keep up the good work.
