I just had my belly pierced by Samira. She was very kind, professional and explained the procedure very clearly. I definitely recommend her. :)
I don’t recommend taking your infant here for piercing. Despite having an appointment, the staff were cold and unwelcoming. The girl who did the piercing was disengaged and gave no clear instructions. She didn’t even position the device properly, the result is a crooked piercing, and the earring on my baby’s left ear sits at an angle. It was rushed, careless, and completely unprofessional. Very disappointing experience.

I got my third lobe piercing done there, and the piercings were not the same distance apart. She explained that it was because my seconds (which were also done there) were crooked and that’s why it looked off. However, she did not adjust the distance based off of that information. Not even 12 hours later, I checked and it was pierced on an angle. Last year I also got my helix done here and after carefully cleaning it long term amongst other measures, the piercing is still swollen.
