We had a wonderful experience with Raveena at Carl Baker Visage for my 5-month-old baby’s ear piercing. She was incredibly sweet, patient, and explained everything thoroughly before the procedure, which made us feel completely at ease. She was gentle with my baby and made the whole experience smooth and comfortable. I highly recommend Raveena to anyone considering ear piercing for their little one. Thank you for such excellent care!
My appointment was at 11:30 a.m., and I arrived about 10 minutes late. After checking in, I went to the washroom. My service started at 11:50 a.m. and finished at 12:30 p.m. It was a 1hr hydrofacial !! But in my case it was only more than 30 minutes since I did not sign in on time. Unfortunately, I found the staff's behavior and customer service to be unprofessional and unpleasant. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience. Very poor quality and I paid 224 with taxes.
