Took my 2 yr old toddler for ear piercing and the team was so wonderful and patient enough with us throughout the process. Appreciate your expertise. Would definitely recommend to anyone trying first time ear piercing for their babies.
We had the most amazing experience for my daughter’s first ear piercing with Olivia. She was incredibly kind, experienced and made my daughter feel very comfortable during the whole time. I was a bit nervous and worried my daughter may be in pain after but with Olivia everything was quick and stress free. Before I knew it, it was all done!! Her colleague Ashwini was amazing and helped with the piercing. We truly appreciate the great customer service provided by Olivia and Ashwini. Went to the salon for a simple one helix piercing. Right off the bat, was faced with extreme upselling and "shaming" for my choice of earring. None of my first choice of earring were available (not their fault, more so on the ordering at the location as I was told) When the time came to complete the piercing she was very fast, yet more on the rough side, causing excessive bleeding (as someone who has ear piercings they are more prone to bleeding, but this was EXCESSIVE).
