Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. Booked the first appointment on a Wednesday I was the only client .The esthetician immediately told me I didn’t need the brow waxing service I had booked. When I asked, “Really? I need a cleanup” she responded, “Well, let me put on my glasses.” The entire appointment felt rushed, and a significant amount of hair was missed. Took my 2 yr old toddler for ear piercing and the team was so wonderful and patient enough with us throughout the process. Appreciate your expertise. Would definitely recommend to anyone trying first time ear piercing for their babies.
