came in because I was struggling to take off an earring backing and Mira was kind and extremely pleasant. she took off the earring within seconds, she ended up identifying that my ears lobes were swollen from an infection. if it wasn’t for Mira I would’ve suffered the infection longer. They are so friendly, my baby’s piercing was so fast, she didn’t even cry, if you are looking for where to get your baby’s piercing done, I’d recommend getting it done here, you won’t regret it.
Piercer was competent, but unnecessarily rude. Granted, we were 12 minutes late for the appointment, but we had called ahead, and were apologetic and understanding about having to wait for the service. She said we would have to wait 20 minutes (piercings don’t really take that long), but then called us in as we started to leave…seemed like she just really wanted to punish us for being late.
