Tanishka was awesome! She answered my phonecall, welcomed me when I got to the store, and changed my piercing with no issues. Super friendly, pro, and made the whole experience easy. Great customer service. I'd defo recommend her!
I got my second set of lobe piercings and my toddler granddaughter her first. Carla was amazing - very patient, adjusted the placement using a marker to get it just right, and explained the procedure and aftercare well. Another technician assisted Carla for my granddaughter so both ears were done at the exact same time. There was a good selection of earrings to choose from and I thought they were reasonably priced. We both received a “Beary Brave Club” certificate! Overall a very positive experience.
