I had shared about a week ago about the horrible phone customer service I had received when calling Caryl Baker Visage at Limeridge, however I’m giving the store 5 stars now for the highly appreciated manager Debbie who reached out to me because of my review to let me know that that is not the way they conduct business and to apologize and even offered me a refund on my piercing. 1 star seems too much, can't write a review unless u put one so, here goes- My experience here was terrible. The staff member(M)who did my brows was RUDE, unprofessional & seemed annoyed to just be doing her job period. Being a 1st timer for brows here, I had questions, instead of providing helpful information or a conversation at all about the service I was getting, I was told to refer to the description online. Got my third lobe piercings done here with my sister. Upon arrival, the staff seemed friendly, but overall, the experience was disappointing. I want to preface this by saying I have been to this location before for my second lobe piercings, and one of them was placed extremely close to my first piercing, which I was already unhappy with. Got my helix done today by Zayah! She was super nice and professional 💖 I love it so much!
My mom and I got our ears pierced today! My mom got her lobes and Zayah did an amazing job at fixing my mom’s closed and uneven piercing. She also did wonderfully with my conch and we love it! Zayah is super friendly, pays attention to detail, and makes sure her clients are comfortable :).
