I'm so impressed with how Caryl Baker Visage handled my recent visit. They took the time to address my previous complaint and truly went out of their way to make things right. This time I saw Brianna, and she was a total star! She made me feel comfortable and ensured my piercing experience was perfect! She is amazing at what she does, and I'm so grateful for her care. I was excited to visit Carole Baker Visage with my friends, but unfortunately, my experience was the polar opposite of theirs. While my friends has Breanna (who was sweet and informative and patient) I had Hanni who was rushed and dismissive. -when I told her I was nervous, she told me my nervousness was "making her anxious" It's incredibly unprofessional for a piercer to blame a nervous client for their own lack of composure.
