I had never been to visage before so I wasn’t aware of the different services that they provide, I was just reading the poster on piercing when lamice had approached me offering to answer any questions. I’ve had my makeup done multiple times by Niko, and every single experience has been amazing! She always gets me out of my comfort zone in the best way possible, and I end up loving the results every time. Niko is incredibly trustworthy and professional—she truly knows her craft. I’m genuinely so sad to hear that Visage will be closing its Rideau Center location. I really hope Niko will be able to work at another location because I can’t imagine going to anyone else! Every interaction I’ve had with her has been wonderful. 🤍
I brought my daughter Evelyn to get her ears pierced at Caryl Baker Visage, and we had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and professional, making her feel comfortable and at ease throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly, and the cleanliness and attention to detail were top-notch. Evelyn is thrilled with her new earrings! I highly recommend them for anyone considering ear piercing for their child.
Just fed up. They don’t respect appointments and it just disrespectful. Just showed up for my 4:10 appointment and there were two walk-ins ahead of me. The person my appointment was with said she was running late and just had to pierce these the ears of two young men and she would be “5 minutes”.
