Just fed up. They don’t respect appointments and it just disrespectful. Just showed up for my 4:10 appointment and there were two walk-ins ahead of me. The person my appointment was with said she was running late and just had to pierce these the ears of two young men and she would be “5 minutes”. Had a great experience getting some facial treatments here! The woman I spoke to was very knowledgeable about skincare and recommended the perfect facials for my skin type. I will definitely come again :)
I have been getting my eyebrows done at this location for couple of years, unfortunately the brow tech who use to do my brows no longer works there. I got my brows done and the lady with the big curly hair destroyed them. I toke the time to explain how I wanted them done…and she did the exact opposite, which is unbelievable given that Visage is know for perfecting brows. If you want your eyebrows done a certain way I strongly suggest you go elsewhere.

Brought my 4 year old to get her ears pierced. One of the ladies was very friendly, the other not so much. They got everything set up so they could pierce both ears at the same time. When they did it, BOTH guns missed, with one having pierced half way in her ear and the other just bruising her ear. Safe to say my daughter was traumatized with the earring half hanging from her ear. When asked how/when the guns missed, one of the ladies told me that “it’s not her fault, it’s the guns that’s no good”… Never once did they apolog... read more
