Brought my daughter at the end of August to have her ears pierced. Booking was easy and the lady who did the piercing was very kind. I purchased the 'better quality' gold earrings (not exactly cheap) and unfortunately the pink gemstone has already fallen out after one month. Happy with service but not the best quality products. **Updated to 5 instead of 4 stars as the company reached out and replaced both earrings without any issue.

I had never been to visage before so I wasn’t aware of the different services that they provide, I was just reading the poster on piercing when lamice had approached me offering to answer any questions. I ended up saying I wanted my helix pierced and I was nervous, lamice completely made me feel comfortable. She helped me pick out what jewelry would best suit me. I’ve had my makeup done multiple times by Niko, and every single experience has been amazing! She always gets me out of my comfort zone in the best way possible, and I end up loving the results every time. Niko is incredibly trustworthy and professional—she truly knows her craft. I’m genuinely so sad to hear that Visage will be closing its Rideau Center location. I really hope Niko will be able to work at another location because I can’t imagine going to anyone else! Every interaction I’ve had with her has been wonderful. 🤍
