I am extremely upset with the experience at Visage. I brought my 3-month-old daughter in to have her ears pierced, and the employee failed to pierce one ear correctly on the first attempt, requiring two tries on a BABY. That alone is unacceptable. On top of that, the woman doing the piercing clearly did not take her time, showed poor attention to detail, and did not handle the situation with the care or patience required when working on an infant. Now that the Bay is closed, I decided to try Visage. I wish that I had shopped here earlier. Mausami was so welcoming and friendly. She matched the best colour of foundation to my skin and recommended products but was never pushy. The prices were really reasonable and overall my experience was excellent. I will definitely shop here again.
We had the best experience with Fadia and Claudia...they pierced the ears for both of my girls and mine too. They were patient, kind, professional and understanding. They gave my girls the space to become comfortable with getting their ears pierced, and made them (as well as me) feel at ease. I got my eyebrows shaped with Fadia, and in no time my eyebrows were perfectly shaped, in less than 2 mins. I am so thankful for their services, expertise and kindness.

Brought my daughter to get her ears pierced. The service was excellent and the two ladies that helped us were very friendly and informative.
