We had a poor experience with ear piercing, but it was remedied by the owner with a full refund. I appreciate their attention to customer satisfaction after hearing of an incident.

I took my four year old daughter here last week to get her ears pierced. It was already an emotional experience because she had gone back back-and-forth about whether or not she was ready because she was scared, and finally decided she wanted to do it. We picked out her earrings, cleaning solution and paid $179 (this included a 10% tip.) I would not have paid for this service had I not already paid before her ears were pierced. I am extremely upset with the experience at Visage. I brought my 3-month-old daughter in to have her ears pierced, and the employee failed to pierce one ear correctly on the first attempt, requiring two tries on a BABY. That alone is unacceptable. On top of that, the woman doing the piercing clearly did not take her time, showed poor attention to detail, and did not handle the situation with the care or patience required when working on an infant. Now that the Bay is closed, I decided to try Visage. I wish that I had shopped here earlier. Mausami was so welcoming and friendly. She matched the best colour of foundation to my skin and recommended products but was never pushy. The prices were really reasonable and overall my experience was excellent. I will definitely shop here again.
