Very friendly staffs..
I had my eyebrows tinted and waxed and had a brow lamination. Absolutely horrible, my brows were extremely uneven and way too dark, the waxing job was horrible they barely got anything. My brows were patchy and I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. When I called to get a refund which they said they would give me the next day when I was in the store they told me that “I can get a free wax” when I called but not a refund. Highly don’t suggest going here, go somewhere else because this service was ridiculous.
I usually come here for my brow wax and have always liked this place, which is why I’m very disappointed with my recent visit. At my appointment around 11:45 AM, the waxing was extremely painful and the wax removed skin from both sides of my eyebrows. My skin has been very sore and painful for hours afterward. When I said this has never happened to me before, I was told that my skin is “very sensitive” and that I need to work on my skincare. Got a nose piercing here, I dont recommend it. I first got the piercing and it was alright, thought the bar was a little short. the piercing was about $110 dollars and after a week of constantly cleaning it and taking care of it, went to spencers and found out that yes i was right the bar was too short and that the entire piercing was not only ejecting but healing wrong. They didnt give me a bar long enough to let it swell and heal properly.
