Very negative experience here on May 24. Google says this business is open until 5 pm on Sundays. I was in town visiting family and really wanted my eyebrows threaded, I got to the front desk at 4:36 pm and ask for eyebrow threading, I was told by the girl that she can’t do it because they close at 5pm. She had over 20 mins to do my eyebrows (all they really needed was a clean up). I tried to make sense of it with her and she said she had to close the tills so she can’t take me. I had my eyebrows tinted and waxed and had a brow lamination. Absolutely horrible, my brows were extremely uneven and way too dark, the waxing job was horrible they barely got anything. My brows were patchy and I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. When I called to get a refund which they said they would give me the next day when I was in the store they told me that “I can get a free wax” when I called but not a refund. Highly don’t suggest going here, go somewhere else because this service was ridiculous.
