I got my second lobe piercing and it's been almost 20 years since I got my first lobe, so going into it I was scared that I may not be comfortable with a needle piercing. I booked with Carla, and she was super sweet, and guided me through a decision. I ended up going with a piercing with a pressurized tool and it was so easy, and was painless. She was very gentle and I am definitely getting my thirds pierced very soon. If you need to get your ears pierced, Carla is the one to book :)

Great experience getting my baby’s ears pierced. Angela was very professional, knowledgeable and great with my little one. We didn’t have an appointment, so we did have to wait a bit to get the service completed, but it all worked out in the end. I would recommend piercings here.
I had a booked appointment at 1:15, but was told to wait another 10 minutes for a service that only takes 15 minutes. It felt very unprofessional and gave me the impression they are not interested in accommodating clients or growing their business.
