I would give zero stars if that were an option. The front desk staff was rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I was questioned extensively and had my status as a VCU student challenged, despite having already paid the required university fee that should cover gym access. Rather than verifying this appropriately, I was told to either pay $15 for a guest pass or leave.
