Back in the day I would have rated CPT a solid 5 star! However since Northwestern Medicine took them over, their patient support has been dismal. I had a hip replaced and there was no question where I preferred to have my PT. I contacted them to schedule the appointments and my assumption was that since the Doctor had sent over the order, they would have all the information. I was asked when the Doctor wanted the PT to start. I did not have this information and asked if they could contact the office on my behalf. My thinking... read more
The entire staff at Cary PT are very friendly making the clinic a welcoming place for rehab. John, my therapist, is by far the best therapist I have worked with. He is very knowledgable and communicates how and why the exercises are beneficial for me. Juliya is my aquatic therapist and like John is great at tailoring the exercise program to meet my needs. Both therapist are very motivational and encouraging. I am looking forward to therapeutic pilates after rehab with Chris. I highly recommend Cary Physical Therapy.
