The entire staff at Cary PT are very friendly making the clinic a welcoming place for rehab. John, my therapist, is by far the best therapist I have worked with. He is very knowledgable and communicates how and why the exercises are beneficial for me. Juliya is my aquatic therapist and like John is great at tailoring the exercise program to meet my needs. Both therapist are very motivational and encouraging. I am looking forward to therapeutic pilates after rehab with Chris. I highly recommend Cary Physical Therapy.

I have been seeing physical therapists for 15 years, on and off. Only Cary Physical Therapy incorporates Pilates into their PT program. For any condition from knees, to hips, to low back, neck and shoulders, learning and using the Pilates movements with a trained Physical Therapist is very beneficial to our well being.
