My son came to Gentle Dental and saw Dr Mark Goodman. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The front staff were rude rolling eyes at every question I asked. This was his first time there. Dr Goodman has no bed side manner and very aggressive at extracting his tooth. He was pulling a bottom molar and cracked the instrument he was using into his 2 top front teeth. No apologies. Dr Goodman had to cut his gum to get the tooth out and it was infected. Before leaving we asked for some type of pain medication I was told " Dr Goodman is not allowed... read more
Had a great experience with Dr. Goodman. I was previously a patient of Dr. Goldstein before he left and was glad to come back to the practice feeling the same. Caroline was fabulous and addressed all my concerns.
They are very nice and friendly and professional, did a great job cleaning my teeth.
