I called and scheduled them to move a month prior to the move date. They provided a quote and told me to follow up with them to officially book the move which I did the day after the quote was provided. I called one week prior to the move to confirm and they told me I had never followed up. I looked up my call records and verified the date, time and duration of the call and then provided them with this information. I have used Cary Moving Center twice. On both occassionals the movers were on time, courteous, and professional. They made sure that the furniture pieces were moved carefully and that no damage occurred to either the furniture or the walls. The movers made sure that they understood how/where the furniture pieces were to be placed in the rooms. I would highly reccommend these movers.
