I had appendicitis and this hospital, Dr. Hines, left me for five hours screaming in pain. I heard her and the nurses laughing and mocking me. The other patients were appalled by my treatment. Only when a new ED physician came in was I treated. The patient advocate did nothing and doesn't care.
