Above and Beyond! – Cary Collision Center met and exceeded my expectations when I brought in my car with a crunched driver's side door. I was impressed by their customer service and courtesy, and I intend to refer friends and associates there whenever I have the opportunity!
Poor customer service and workmanship – They replaced my front bumper on my car 9/06. They gave lifetime guarantee and this month the paint started flaking off. I took the car in and they agreed to fix it. The day before they were suppose to fix it they called and said they needed my paper work because they lost theirs. Not only were they were unwilling to work with me until I found my paper work, they treated me as it I was trying to steal from them. HORRIBLE, STAY FAR, FAR AWAY – I went there on a recommendation of a business assoc. He had gotten service there a few years ago. WOW, what a few years can do for a business. The men that actually do the collision work are terrible. The "manager" really does not care if you are satisfied and makes excuses. When I was there for my 5th trip to pickup my truck there were 2 other customers that were picking up theirs and they both were very upset and complaining. They have NO QUALITY CONTROL!
