I have learned after reading reviews from Yelp, Google and Trip Advisor that you can't please all the people all the time. It seems that the only ones that post a review are the complainers. I have rented from Cary Cart Co on both Bald Head and Ocean Isle in the past 2 years, and both times I received excellent customer service. Be careful on purchasing a rebuilt Golf Cart. Soon after delivery, the needed to fix my brakes, fix my club car rain cover, replace cup holder that was cracked upon delivery and tried to repair the golf bag holder on back of cart that still is falling apart. Four things wrong with a rebuilt golf cart that cost $8,500. When I call in with concerns it is not taken seriously. Look around and read reviews.

Poorest customer service experience ever. Looking for a new cart or service for a cart, go somewhere else!
As we have done for 4 years in a row, we rented a cart from Cary Cart Co last week at Ocean Isle Beach. Had an issue mid-week. They picked up the cart, repaired it and had it back to us in a couple of hours. My family thinks Cary Cart Company is awesome and that Natalie's demeanor and dedication to customer service is unmatched. Choose Cary Cart Co. You won't be disappointed.
Very disappointed with your ocean isle beach location. Every time we call up there no one can give us any information about our golf cart then when we go up there they tell us it is ready to be picked up. The next day we knockoff of work early, drove to get a trailer and all the way back to your shop just for someone to tell us it is not ready. We have made several trips to pick up our golf cart. This has costed us at least a half a days work.
