I have learned after reading reviews from Yelp, Google and Trip Advisor that you can't please all the people all the time. It seems that the only ones that post a review are the complainers. I have rented from Cary Cart Co on both Bald Head and Ocean Isle in the past 2 years, and both times I received excellent customer service.
