Truly the best! We have a rental home on BH, and Cary Cart has been a game-changer for us. Anytime I call, they show up promptly and handle everything. Their customer service is outstanding, pricing is fair, and the quality is top-notch. I recommend Cary Cart without hesitation, absolutely five-star service.
The rental was fine, but closing at 4:30pm is ridiculous. Had to pay for a second day just so we have the cart until our ferry departure time
I purchased a new cart from them and the experience was everything I hoped for. The sales team in ocean isle was very attentive, knew their stuff, and made sure I found a cart that fit all my needs. Will purchase from them in the future.
We had a very disappointing experience with Cary Cart Company on Bald Head Island. My husband reserved a cart for a late arrival, and when we went to pick it up, the employee was arrogant and unfriendly. It was ten minutes before 2:00, and he rudely told us we had to wait until exactly 2:00 to get our cart. We waited, but then a woman walked up right before 2:00, said she was picking up her 2:00 rental, and he went ahead and helped her. Completely unprofessional and tacky.
