We took our employees to BHI for team building and employee appreciation and we got a six seater. The employees were extremely helpful and the office and carts were nice and clean. Icing on the cake was Joshua found my husband’s phone and met up with him on the mainland to help us get it back. Now that is service. Thank you Joshua and Cary Carts.
Truly the best! We have a rental home on BH, and Cary Cart has been a game-changer for us. Anytime I call, they show up promptly and handle everything. Their customer service is outstanding, pricing is fair, and the quality is top-notch. I recommend Cary Cart without hesitation, absolutely five-star service.
The rental was fine, but closing at 4:30pm is ridiculous. Had to pay for a second day just so we have the cart until our ferry departure time
I purchased a new cart from them and the experience was everything I hoped for. The sales team in ocean isle was very attentive, knew their stuff, and made sure I found a cart that fit all my needs. Will purchase from them in the future.
We had a very disappointing experience with Cary Cart Company on Bald Head Island. My husband reserved a cart for a late arrival, and when we went to pick it up, the employee was arrogant and unfriendly. It was ten minutes before 2:00, and he rudely told us we had to wait until exactly 2:00 to get our cart.
