Cary Cart Company on Bald Head Island is THE BEST! Conveniently located and all around great service!
Zan was just amazing. I had depleted my cart battery and was in a pickle. I called him and after explaining what could be done to give a tow or a charge, he mentioned a fix that was zero-cost to me. What a great company in today’s Internet “lack of service”.
My husband reserved a late arrival cart. The guy working was arrogant and not friendly. It was 10 minutes until 2:00 and he told us we had to wait until EXACTLY 2 to pick up our rental. Okay, fine. We waited. Then a lady walks up, gets in front of us and tells the guys she’s picking up her 2:00 rental. And he gets hers set up. Unprofessional and tacky. Great service and highly responsive. Cary Cart has taken care of our cart for years on Bald Head Island. Options for what should and can be done to whatever the issue is. They do this almost always without us on the island. Highly recommend Cary Cart.
