We had a worse experience with this rentals last week. We got our cart and within half an hour we had a flat tire and there was no one to receive our call. We wasted another hour trying to figure out what to do and luckily the Island police helped us to drag the cart back to the rental area. But since it was past 4:30 no one was there to help us and the bike rental guys gave us bike. We were then able to enjoy the island. But we paid extra money for after hour rental and were not able to recieve any service in case of emerge... read more
We took our employees to BHI for team building and employee appreciation and we got a six seater. The employees were extremely helpful and the office and carts were nice and clean. Icing on the cake was Joshua found my husband’s phone and met up with him on the mainland to help us get it back. Now that is service. Thank you Joshua and Cary Carts.
