I just called to try and get my loved one out of jail and the woman who answered the call was extremely rude. Unnecessarily rude. Brash. She kept cutting me off mid sentence and using a very condescending tone with me. I am 47 years old and Do Not appreciate being spoken to as if I was a child. My adult daughter called 1st last week and mentioned how rude someone was to her but I had no idea this was the business she had previously called! Kim is amazing. Leaving a good review is the least I can do. They understand hard times and are extremely helpful to people who are honestly clueless on how to go about handling these situations.

Hey I’m from Sarasota they came in got me with no problem. Even walk me thru the steps of how things go being that I’ve never been in trouble before. I highly recommend them if you’re out of your city limits traveling.
