I ordered an amplifier, they promised it in 2 months, I received it after 5 and received a defective device. As a joke, they included a "quality control certificate". The subsequent repair was another mockery - they wrote in Russian - and finaly when they fixed it, they couldn't explain at all what had been broken and what they had done. When you buy an expensive item from the US, you expect appropriate quality and customer attitude, not to receive a non-working device and a "go to hell, consumer" attitude.
I purchased the CAD 120S MKii, I have a pretty good solid state system but it doesn't even compare to the quality and the musicality of the Cary amplifier and that is before I had the upgrades done. When I received my amplifier there was a slight issue with it and not only did Cary call me on one of their days off when they first heard about it.
