A friend of mine bought a car from that dealership... 37 days later, the car developed a transmission problem. They refused to take responsibility for the defect or cover the costs! He had to rent a car for his daily commute because they wouldn't fix the issue with his vehicle.

O atendimento foi impecável!!! Mas exatamente 37 dias da compra do carro ele deu problema e a agência disse que não estava mais na garantia como assim? O carro já estava bichado e um carro 2020 não recomendo pois o estresse que estamos passando devido a isso é muito grande levamos um grande prejuízo, estamos com carro alugado sem previsão de pegar o carro pois a Ford disse que está esperando a garantia liberar até quando vamos pagar aluguel?? Enfim fomos lezados.

I bought a car from them, and it was missing a part. They promised to install the part, but it's been over two months and they've been stalling on delivering it. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone because of their lack of commitment to their customers.
