The repair to my Honda Ridgeline was done well but customer service was not good. Waited a month to get service appointment, then it took 10 days to repair my minor door damage then after I received a call that the repair was done, the service tech said, I owe additional $230 because the guy that gave the original estimate, was inexperience and gave me an inaccurate estimate. My response was, why was I called before the work was done? and why was it my fault for estimate error.
