My first good impression of Carworld was surprisingly not their high quality affordably priced cars. It was Zaahirah (Customer Service) who was so professional, courteous and helpful. Had to pay a deposit for the car I was interested in but did not want to give my card details over the phone. Zaahirah put me at ease by providing an alternate route to effect a bank transfer from my account. Did the bank transfer and proceeded to look at the car. This is, unashamedly, the 9th car I have bought in 14 years and I've been caught out by sleazy car salesmen in the past! I have to say, when I saw young, handsome Troy I immediately was wary. My judgement was very wrong. This is the best car sales experience I've ever had. Troy was friendly, honest, helpful and patient. He was very transparent with me and I am very happy with my purchase.
