I called ahead on Thursday to schedule an appointment and spoke with Aidin, who was extremely rude, dismissive, and honestly didn’t seem to care at all. Small dealerships should care more about their customers — especially when people are taking time out of their day and driving out to see a car. Eron helped us since day one with our purchase. We originally wanted a Mazda, but ended up with an Outback instead. We love it! Eron was patient with us while we took our time with the decision making (weeks). The purchase ran very smoothly for us. He listened to a few of our concerns before the purchase and made sure the car checked out before we left the lot. Thanks for everything!
The Autowiz team was very helpful and friendly but most importantly HONEST -which is almost impossible to find in the auto industry! Aidin was SO PATIENT with me as I went through my decision making process. Every other sales person in other stores I visited were stressing me out before coming here. I ended up getting my used Prius from them! They definitely made what was a stressful experience pleasant.
Never come here!! I didn’t get approved so they didn’t let me test drive the car however I was going to bring someone with good credit but why would I bring someone when I couldn’t even test drive the vehicle made me feel really bad. That’s not good business at all. UPDATE: After this post the owner has been been harassing me by calls and text to take the review down they threatened to respond to this review badly. Also I got approved at a different dealership with $3k down no need for co-signer but still very disappointing ... read more
