We purchased my son‘s first car through Aiden at Carwiz in August 2025 and bought a 3 year warranty along with the vehicle. On the drive home the check engine light came on we immediately contacted Carwiz and they said no problem, the warranty will cover it. We returned the car to their mechanic who said the car needs a new engine! I bought Honda civic coupe 2012 on October 2025, but never received the license plate. The temporary license plate which they gave to us will expire in Jan 3, 2026. We Checked at DMV and found out that they didn’t submit the title and others papers in order to transfer registration to DMV. We made a lot of calls to the dealer but no one pick up the phone. Also We sent text messages but so far no response. So disappointed!!!
Unfortunately I had to change my review like many others. Title, state taxes, and proof of purchase were never submitted to DMV. I will change my review when the necessary paperwork is processed. I called and texted Eron. Nothing was done.
We had a great experience when my husband Dylan and I purchased our vehicle here in July 2025. However we were told we would receive the license plate by the beginning of October and we still have not. We also have received a notice from our loan provider that they have not yet received the title. We have made many (close to 30) attempts to call the dealership as well as our direct seller Aidin with no response. Went to go buy a car a couple months ago which went smoothly then a few weeks later they told me the check i gave them wasnt accepted by their bank so i went to go drive a couple hours away just to give them a new check.After some time I noticed that they never submitted the cars title to dmv and after calling the dealership multiple times they would always tell me to call at a better time,when I was trying to give them a call and I noticed my calls were going to voicemail and have ignoring my messages ,Im just disappointed ... read more
