Alastair has been the BEST salesman I’ve ever dealt with. I normally hate the process of buying a car but he made it so comfortable, stress free, and NOT pushy at all. Bought 2 LDV deliver 9 vans in Feb 2023 and have had nothing but problems with both vans. From day 1 of my first service with the vans, Carwise have just not delived! Whether it be, lack of parts, poor service, or an unwillingness to hear and understand the concerns of the 'out of pocket' customers, the pattern of breaking down seemed endless.
