Staff is rude. I hate that I will not be coming back to see Chuck for a shave anymore. Chuck is the best. The rest of the employees I can not speak for. Most have been rude or non customer friendly anytime I have been there. I have been a returning customer for almost seven years. I called to reschedule an appointment and was repeatedly hung up on. I was given no option to speak just a dial tone four or five times. This is very upsetting. I suggest finding another place to shop and shave.
