Would not recommend! At first great customer service but do not let that deceive you. I am the son of the parents who would be financing for a car, and I certainly don’t want them to waste money! I asked for a carfax report , and the first guy I asked (Kobe) 2:18pm, said sure thing and talked “to a guy”. 30 minutes later, had nothing still. I told my mom that without one, we will be taking our business elsewhere. When my mom told the main guy, that we won’t be buying, he quickly sent a message (2:46pm) to someone to run it. ... read more
Very disappointed with the sales process. The car we were interested in was available however, no communication throughout the process. We asked for the car fax and they kept saying that they were having issues with car fax report account. We understand that the this a used car lot and that cars aren’t going to be perfect. But key points to remember Low communication, poor professionalism. Me and family wasted over 3 hours of time. I will not return nor will I recommend them.
