Great people to work with
We were on a long drive from Victoria to eastern British Columbia, and a strange scraping noise in the left front wheel got really bad. It was Sunday afternoon, and CarWest Automotive was the only place open. They shoehorned us in, inspected the car, and diagnosed worn brake pads. They immediately replaced the 4 front brake pads and lubricated the calipers, all in 45 minutes and for only $200. Problem solved, and we made it to our destination on time. They did a fantastic job!
Great guys, I highly recommend them. I'm from out of town and came in with a bad wheel bearing at 6pm, they had me back on the road heading for home in under an hour and a half for a great price!
Honest people, They always charge reasonably and never try to oversell. I am using their services from last 2 years and I always had a good experience, I wish had found this place earlier.
Honest and quality service at an affordable price. Gill helped me out with rebalancing my tires after a poor balance at Canadian Tire resulted in intermittent vibration at specific speeds. I've done 5 hours of driving since departing Carwest and I have not experienced any issues on my drive on the Coquihalla! 5/5, highly recommend!
