Our water heater suddenly broke and was gushing water. Ronnie responded immediately and was extremely helpful. In the midst of a crisis, he was very reassuring and immediately gave me confidence that he was on top of the situation. He was honest about options and gave me great advice. He and his son replaced the unit and they went way above and beyond, making sure that not only was the installation job done properly but also adding lots of extra touches. Ronnie and company are good people and honest as the day is long. They know their stuff and give us great service. I've had them replace two toilets, repair another toilet, fix a hot water heater and two years later replace a hot water heater. They were great about trying to keep it going as long as possible, not just jumping into a new one. I appreciate that! Based upon a recommendation, we called Ronnie to look at a water leak in a pipe in our 1st floor ceiling. We've never experienced such rude, disrespectful behavior from anyone providing a service. We tried to ask clarifying questions about the work he was proposing and he acted like we had no time for our questions. In fact, my wife and I asked for a second to discuss and he stated he had no time to mess around and that he had too much other work he could be doing.
