Not to happy with the cleaning. I paid so much money to get this clean. The cleaners did not do very good job.. Don't go there!
Horrible service! I have been coming here for years and normally my car is decently cleaned. Today was a special “the works” which is normally $39 and would be $29. After getting into the car wash I look at my receipt and it shows the $10 discount but then it’s reapplied for a “wax”. I ask why this was charged and I’m told “ I was trying to do you a solid”. I’ve been coming to this location for years. I usually get the inside and out done. When I first started coming it was $24.99. Then went up to $29.99. Understandable, things go up over time, I get it. Came here today for the inside/out again. Paid but then looked at my receipt and said I thought you said $29.99 he said no $39.99 and the sign says $39.99 after 10am. Most unprofessional and rude establishment I have been to in the Portland area. Manager Crystal straight up lied to me and wasted my time. Offered a free wash because of a bad experience so I brought my wife’s jeep in to get it washed then turned around and said she wouldn’t honor it because it wasn’t my personal jeep. Do better crystal. If I was the owner I would be embarrassed
